VIVA PROPERTIES: JOSE CABALLERO

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Jose Caballero was born in Caugas, Puerto Rico and he graduated San Jose High School in 1990. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in 1996 and he is currently working towards his Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts.

In 1998 Jose relocated to Massachusetts working as a professional engineer for the high-tech industry. He is a certified Quality Engineer by the American Society for Quality and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jose is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.. He also manages several investment properties in the Merrimack Valley area for the last five years. Jose is happily married to his wife Sirel and they live in Waltham with their two dogs. He enjoys playing the saxophone, mountain biking and skiing.
