VIVA PROPERTIES: GREGORY J. VARTANIAN

Greg VartanianBroker/Owner and general partner Gregory J. Vartanian grew up in Belmont Massachusetts, attending Belmont High School class of 1991. He went on to obtain his Bachelor's degree in History from the College of Liberal Arts at Boston University. Greg received his law degree in 1999 from the Massachusetts School of Law.

In 1999 Greg joined his father Walter to form the firm Vartanian & Vartanian, LLP, a Boston Immigration law firm concentrating in Immigration as well as real estate matters. Greg is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The National Association of Realtors as well as the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has practiced Immigration and real estate law extensively. Greg has represented numerous individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, large and small corporations, limited liability companies, schools, and others in connection with a variety of Immigration and real estate matters including purchase and sale transactions.

Greg is married to his lovely wife Sonia and has an adorable daughter Nora. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys fly fishing, and in the winter, skiing and playing Ice Hockey.
