VIVA PROPERTIES: DIRECTIONS TO OUR BOSTON OFFICE
Traveling 93 South:

Take 89 South (VT), 95 South (ME), Route 1 (NH) to Interstate 93 SOUTH. Take Exit 24 A/B, Government Center/Airport. Stay in the RIGHT hand lane and follow signs to Government Center [exit 24A]. Once on exit ramp, stay in LEFT lane and follow signs to Aquarium and Financial district. Exit will end on Atlantic Ave. At the third set of lights, make a RIGHT on State St. Continue through one traffic light and stay in left lane. State St becomes Court Street. At the end of Court St, bear left onto Tremont St. Pass Beacon St, and make your next RIGHT onto Park St [Park Street Church will be on the right hand corner]. At the end of Park St [State House will be in front of you] turn right onto Beacon St. 11 Beacon will be a block and a half down on the LEFT hand side.

Traveling 93 North:

Take Route 3 North (Cape), 24 North (RI), 95 North (NY, CT) to Interstate 93 NORTH. Take Exit 23, Government Center/Aquarium off 93No. Stay in your left hand lane and then make a LEFT at the first set of lights onto North Street. Go straight through one set of lights, Faneuil Hall will be on your left. At the second set of lights, turn LEFT onto Congress Street. Turn RIGHT at the next set of lights (State St.). State Street turns into Court St (City Hall will be on your right) - turn LEFT onto Tremont Street, which bends to the Right. At Park Street, make a RIGHT (the Park St Church will be on the right hand corner and the Boston Common will be on your left). Follow Park Street straight up the hill toward the State House. At the end of Park Street, turn RIGHT onto Beacon Street. 11 Beacon is located about one block down on the left hand side.

From the Mass Pike (I-90):

Take Massachusetts Turnpike, Interstate 90 East through the Boston tolls. Get off at Exit 22, Copley Square/Prudential. Stay in the right hand lane following the signs for Copley Square. This will lead you to Stuart Street. Continue straight through five lights. At the sixth light, make a LEFT on South Charles Street. Continue through two traffic lights passing by Boston Common. At the third light, make a RIGHT on Beacon Street. Continue up the hill passing the State House on your left. 11 Beacon is one and one half blocks down on the left hand side.
